Duties - Perform invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Proficient in Google Docs applications and vendor portal applications - Bilingual in English and Spanish communication skills is essential for this position - Maintain organized filing and records Requirements - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Computer software knowledge is essential for this position - Previous experience as a office clerk is beneficial - Excellent phone and email communication skills Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $ 15.00 Per Hour
