Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office operations. This position will involve a variety of administrative tasks that support our day-to-day activities, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Assist with data entry and manage spreadsheets as needed
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff
  • Order and restock office supplies as required
Skills Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
