Project Manager Salary: $85,000-$120,000
Summary: Our client is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Procore Project Management software to oversee commercial plumbing projects, including dental clinics, veterinary offices, and surgery centers.
The role can be based out of Deland or Parrish, FL, with flexibility for remote work after training. Candidates should have strong project management skills, the ability to handle 10-15 projects at a time, and experience with budgets up to $3 million (typically around $600K). While plumbing experience is not required if Procore expertise is strong, it would be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Reporting : Utilize Procore to manage schedules, budgets, and communication. Prepare detailed progress and financial reports.
- Project Planning & Execution : Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor project teams, including foreman, installers, and field staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Budget & Cost Control : Develop and monitor project budgets, manage costs, and approve invoices and change orders. Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve discrepancies.
- Problem Solving : Anticipate project challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Key Requirements:
- Procore proficiency is non-negotiable.
- 5+ years of project management experience in plumbing, construction, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and medical gas systems operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and client management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
