What You'll Do:

- Operate Precision Machinery: Set up and run our slitting line to process aluminum coils according to exact customer specifications, including loading coils, setting up arbors, and adjusting coil guides.

- Ensure Top-Quality Results: Monitor operations closely, inspect finished coils, and confirm they meet customer requirements.

- Prioritize Safety and Organization: Follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure all equipment operates in top condition.

- Collaborate and Record: Work with team members to meet production deadlines while accurately documenting production data.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience Preferred: Previous experience operating slitting lines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment. Hands on experience operating a slitter is essential, especially in an aluminum or coil-processing environment.

- Mechanical Aptitude: A strong ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical challenges.

- Attention to Detail: Capability to measure and inspect with precision to ensure that every coil meets high quality standards.

- Flexible Team Player: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, including overtime and flexible hours when needed.
