Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Architect to join our client’s team. This role requires a professional who is adept at operating within a hybrid model, with the flexibility to be onsite a few times a week. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in systems architecture, with extensive knowledge of computer platforms, backend systems, and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Define, document, and maintain business process maps, requirements, use cases, user stories, technical specifications, and test artifacts.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues for the OnBoard Information System.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure solid, reliable solutions while challenging deficiencies when necessary.
Present confidently to project teams, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
Apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFe) to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Create and document Project Life Cycle Management (PLM) artifacts and process steps.
Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and ServiceNow to streamline collaboration and workflow.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools for documentation, reporting, and project management.
Work onsite in Washington, DC, several times a week as part of a hybrid work model.
Adapt to a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, contributing effectively to integrated team efforts.
