Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our insurance products and services. Identify and qualify leads by collecting relevant client information for agents. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance products and services offered. Follow up on marketing campaign leads and referrals, scheduling appointments for agents as needed. Provide preliminary information to potential clients and address basic questions about insurance options. Keep an organized database of client interactions and prospects. Ensure all communications meet brand guidelines and compliance standards. Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment schedules.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent communication and persuasive abilities; proficiency with CRM software. Basic understanding of insurance products, or a willingness to learn. Resilience and motivation to handle rejection and keep focused. Strong organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads. Professional, courteous phone etiquette. Results-driven, with a commitment to helping our agency grow.
