The Director at Little Life Learning Center is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. Key duties include overseeing the food program, handling parent concerns, managing staff hiring and evaluations, conducting orientations and tours, maintaining emergency supplies, and ensuring proper record-keeping in KidKare. The Director must also facilitate staff meetings, renew necessary licenses, and uphold high standards of care and education. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, and possess one of the following: CDA, Early Childhood Ancillary Certificate, National Administration Credential, and at least 3 years of experience. A love for children, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations are essential.
