Front Desk Supervisor for Luxury Hotel Job description – Our ideal Front Desk Supervisor will integrate seamlessly into our dynamic Front Desk Concierge team. This individual must be a proven leader with the ability to graciously solve problems, remain cool in challenging situations and provide a balanced, consistent voice of reason. The Front Desk Supervisor will assist the Front Office Manager and Asst. Front Office Manager in overseeing an extraordinary guest experience and serve as a manager on duty in their absence. This responsibility means being a quiet and humble leader who works with our talented, existing Front Desk team. The open position is meant for someone looking to take the next step in their hotel career. Requirements –

• Full time, flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends & holidays when needed
• Previous hotel & Concierge experience
• Solid work ethic and ability to work with team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Upbeat personality, natural smile, energetic, friendly demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with high profile clientele
