This 100% in-office position works full-time, works a flexible schedule based upon clients' needs, and earns a competitive wage of $20 - $22/hour . CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS

As a Customer Service Associate, you are essential to our electrical services as a client-facing employee! You warmly greet all customers, both by phone and in-person, as well as staying in touch with them throughout the project process so they are always well-informed and up to date. As a helpful individual, you assist the owners in special customer service-related projects and provide coverage for service, project, and other client experienced personnel who is extremely busy or on vacation. You manage client inquiries in a timely manner, respond to social media inquiries, and keep our files updated and organized. You feel good about keeping our clients informed and happy!

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills
• Comfortable multi-tasking
• A love for assuring customer happiness
• A happy and optimistic attitude and disposition

SCHEDULE

The work schedule for this full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
