Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical staff
- Help coordinate rehabilitation programs for patients to aid in their recovery
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Shift:
Monday-Friday with rotating weekend and holiday!
730am-330pm OR 330pm-1130pm OR 1130pm-730am
Requirements:
- Valid NYS LPN License
- Prior experience (6 months) in nursing home or rehabilitation setting
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $44.00
