Full-time bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of HR work experience;
Understand local labor laws and regulations, and have practical experience in salary performance;
Good cross-cultural communication skills, strong organization and coordination skills, planning and execution skills;
English can be used as the working language; 1. Responsible for the salary accounting of employees of overseas companies, and the follow-up of the plan and implementation of welfare plans;
Responsible for the whole process of talent recruitment and the development and management of recruitment channels, including but not limited to recruitment information release, resume screening, interview arrangement, etc.;
Responsible for the whole process management of the life cycle of overseas employees, including entry/resignation/transfer/probation/contract renewal and daily employee care;
Responsible for the local implementation of the human resources process system of overseas companies and the development and management of local suppliers.
