As VP of Product, you'll collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute product strategies that deliver tangible results. Your leadership will ensure the company's growth through innovative product offerings and enhanced customer experiences, with a focus on both short-term objectives and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development:

Act as the voice of the customer within the executive team, ensuring customer-centric decisions are made. Own the product vision and roadmap, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. Develop team hiring plans and partner with HR to recruit, motivate, and retain top talent. Drive alignment across departments, focusing on initiatives that impact the company's strategic goals. Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers, fostering a culture of agile, innovative execution. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure technical collaboration supports business objectives. Product Vision & Strategy:

Manage and communicate strategic plans for products, ensuring alignment with marketing. Define competitive positioning and value propositions for each product. Continuously assess and refine product development sprints and enhancement opportunities. Lead the drive for innovative ideas, solutions, and product enhancements. Use data to guide decisions, ensuring all stakeholders have the insights they need. Prioritize key design initiatives, maintaining cohesiveness throughout the product experience. Feature Development & Execution:

Build and refine the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals. Conduct research and testing (qualitative and quantitative) to optimize the user experience and product funnel. Create clear requirement documents for new features, including user stories and acceptance criteria. Work cross-functionally with teams to design, test, and launch product changes, using agile methodologies. Metrics & Success Evaluation:

Define necessary resources to achieve success and track team progress in meeting targets. Continuously evaluate new features to ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze consumer insights, competitive data, and analytics to drive product innovation and growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various teams to release product updates, keeping the roadmap agile and responsive. Make informed, data-driven decisions about prioritization and resource allocation. Partner with leadership to support ongoing product and market strategy development. Candidate Profile & Experience:

We are looking for a product leader who brings a strong background in scaling product management in a high-growth, multi-product environment. Ideal candidates will have:

Proven experience leading product management teams in B2B SaaS, particularly in businesses with $150M+ revenue. Deep expertise in the creative industry or related fields such as book creation, publishing, design, photography, and marketing. A strategic mindset, with experience in managing budgets, executing product strategies, and overseeing integrations following mergers or acquisitions. A track record of building and executing market-leading product visions that drive growth and innovation. Strong experience in collaborating with senior leaders (CEO, board of directors) to achieve company goals. A solid understanding of enterprise software infrastructure and modern software development principles. Expertise in working with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes and product success. Additional Skills & Competencies (Preferred):

Experience with offshore software development and hybrid team models. Strong leadership, with the ability to make tough decisions and lead teams through competing priorities. Ability to build trust and credibility with existing talent and new team members, creating a high-performing, cohesive team. Product Strategy Development:

Partner with leadership to create business cases for self-publishing opportunities, SMB adoption, and professional photographer services. Provide recommendations for expanding services for enterprise customers, optimizing distribution channels, and improving warehousing and logistics. Lead initiatives to create customer experience programs and advisory boards for various customer segments. Location & Compensation:

Preference for candidates based in Seattle, but open to remote candidates who can visit the office 1-2 times a month. Competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and stock options. Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $ 250,000.00 400,000.00 Per Year
